Two days from now, there will be some serious wincing going on everytime i try to stand up or sit down.

In the pictures from your last outing is that guy from Health Net... as in the continental pro team?
Yeah, that's Brice Jones who finished 96th at the Tour of Cali. He outsprinted Baton Rouge's own Eric Boxcar Murphy for the win.
