right here in River City.

Yes, the Ice Cream shop at the Food Court at the Mall of Louisiana now sells Bubble Tea at the amazing low price of $4 a glass. Provided, that isn't cheap, but when you consider that i was willing to drive to Austin just to get one, it's a steal. Thanks Taylor for getting me addicted.

Though you do have to deal with pretty angry wait staff at that ice cream spot. And I am sure that its not nearly as good as the Bubble Tea at Veggie Heaven...!!
There are apparently several bubble tea only establishments in town. I've yet to try any of them, but one day I will. Of course, you can't get an order of Protein 2000 with your bubble tea unless you are eating at the Heaven!
